Taffy Kilroe has been cultivating her real estate experience and developing an extensive network in the Charlotte area for over twenty years, primarily involved with new home sales, as an on site agent in various communities. Taffy pioneered the New Home Sales division for Cottingham-Chalk & Associates in the spring of 2001 with a luxury condo community in the heart of Dilworth. She then developed an on-site brokerage office at Verdict Ridge Golf & Country Club in Denver NC representing the Developer and as many as 10 featured custom builders, marketing both lots and one-of-a-kind custom dream homes.
